Handsome Young Man

It was hard to get a good picture of this page since the colors are so light. This is another page done with My Minds Eye "Lost and Found" paper such as in my last post. Similar to the last post, I used all MY Minds Eye product (paper, letter stickers, and diecut) This page is of Dominic, our Ring Bearer, he was adorable the day of the wedding just like Kaya was, we were greatful to have both of them apart of the wedding. My favortite memory about Dominic this day was him running around telling everybody "Im not your buddy! Im a ring bearer" we could tell he had a fun time being apart of our special day.

Pretty Little Lady

This is a page I made last weekend and our Christmas Party, Ive been itching to get my wedding pictures printed so I could play with this beautiful paper. Miss Kaya was our flower girl, such a cutie she was that day (as always). I made this page with My Minds Eye Paper from the Lost and Found Collection with coordinating diecut and letter stickers, the journaling tag was cut out using spellbinders and the mat was cut with a Martha Stewart edge punch.

Todays Card is my favorite, If you know Lisa and I, we are huge Zebra Print Fans, so when the cuttlebug embossing folder pack called "Animal Prints" came into the store, we both flipped out! One issue, neither of us owned a cuttlebug...unbelievable right? we both work at one of the largest scrapbooking/carmaking stores in Wisconsin and dont own a cuttlebug. We pondered buying it anyways and just borrowing the stores bug whenever we wanted to make a card but decided against it. Soon came my Bridal Shower (Animal Print Theme) and Lisa came over with a big bag decorated in stickles and glimmer mist, I opened the bag to find my very own cuttlebug!! I jumped up and down and squealed like a little girl I was so excited, also in the bag (with other various embossing folders) was the beloved animal print bundle, I played with the folders but this is the very first card Ive actually made using them. So when the time came, I walked over to the Judith wall picking out which stamps I would use for Fab Five week and out jumped the cute little zebra and "LIGHTBULB" Zebra Print embossing folder, oh yes! lol

Supplies Used:
Coordinations Paper
Hero Arts Jewels
Judith Stamps: Med. Zebra & Your the best
WeR Memory Keepers Heart Attack Distressing tool
and of course the zebra print embossing folder out of the cuttlebug "Animal Prints" bundle

Fab Five Day 3

Well its Wednesday, half way through our Fab Five Week, I hope you have gotten a lot of new ideas between our blogs. If you havent checked them all out here are the links to my fellow Fab Five Girls:

Here it is, Day Three, I made this card in mind of a friend who had pneumonia and a double ear infection over winter break, we had all these fun girls nights and shopping trips planned and I only got to see her twice for an accumulative 5 hours or so, and she was still battling her illness, sadly I never got to give this card to her since I had to save its release for today and then it will be on display at Picture This. oh well I guess Ill just have to wait for her to get sick again ;) hopefully it isnt anytime soon!!

It is hard to tell in the picture but the jar is stamped on top of vellum, adhered to a white piece with the bug stamped and colored.

Supplies Used:

Judith Stamps: caught a bug, medium jar, and phooey bug

Basic Grey Paper: Origins "Authentic"

Black and White Carstock

Black Ric Rac Ribbon

Vellum

Black Memento Ink

Fab Five Day Two

Welcome to day two of Fab Five Week! Here is just an example of the "stubby" stamp I talked about in my last post, The "thanks" is a stubby stamp by Judith, I stamped thanks all over the background of the tag, put one strip of My Minds Eye paper that coordinated with the cuttlebug flower and thats it! a simple tag to say thank you.

Fab Five Day One

Good Morning Followers!! Welcome to a brand new week of Fab Five Designs, this month we are featuring Stamps by Judith. I have been running around the house frantically trying to find my laptop charger to post this, I was about to put my sweats on and head out into the winter chill and sweep the snow off my car when I found remembered that my husbands laptop found its way back home, with charger :) So here it is no more waiting!

I decided to start the week of with one of Judiths most popular stamps, "Tree for all Seasons" This little tree is quite addicting, there are tons on "stubby" stamps to decorate your tree, this time I chose something I hadnt seen before, the little girl, cupcake and ice cream cone, inside the card is another one of her stamps, "Sugar and Spice" Hope you Enjoy! Follow the rest of the Fab Five the rest of the week and you will have 25+ new ideas for Judith Stamps!

Hoppy Birthday

hello hello,
Once winter break started I kind of neglected my laptop but here I am back again. This card was made with this cute frog stamp by Hero Arts, it has serious baby shower invitation potential but I decided to use it as a birthday card. "Hoppy Birthday" was spelled out using Just Rite stamp set. Im hoping to get some more posts in this weekend but Paula and I are busy getting ready for the Health and Fitness Expo held at Golds Gym in Eau Claire. This is the second annual expo but the first time "Picture This" will be attending, as far as I know there will be many various vendors from the Eau Claire area setting up booths to show off their stuff. We are very excited with only 3 more days to get ready (the expo is Tuesday night) Hope to see some new faces and educate them about our store!!
